  2. 02The amendments to this Act come into force on a date to be proclaimed by the Governor in Council.

  4. 04The Governor in Council may make regulations respecting the management of fisheries and coastal resources.
  5. 05This Act does not apply to any land that is not within the territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Nova Scotia.
