- 01This Act may be cited as the Nova Scotia Power Rate Application Act, 2005.
- 02The Governor in Council may, by order, approve the rates for electricity supplied by Nova Scotia Power Inc.
- 03The rates approved under this Act shall be effective on a date specified in the order.
- 04The Minister of Natural Resources may make regulations respecting the application of this Act.
- 05The Minister of Natural Resources shall, within 30 days after the end of each year, table in the House of Assembly a report on the administration of this Act.
