- 01This Act may be cited as the Registered Nurses Act.
- 02The following definitions apply in this Act: 'registered nurse' means a person who holds a certificate of registration issued under this Act.
- 03The Council shall establish and maintain a register of all registered nurses in the Province.
- 04A person who wishes to be registered as a registered nurse shall apply to the Council in the form and manner prescribed by the Council.
- 05The Council shall issue a certificate of registration to a person who meets the requirements for registration under this Act.
