  2. 02Joseph Howe Day is hereby declared to be observed throughout the Province of Nova Scotia.
  3. 03The Lieutenant Governor in and for the Province of Nova Scotia is hereby authorized to proclaim Joseph Howe Day.
  4. 04Joseph Howe Day shall be observed on the 12th day of February in each and every year.
  5. 05The Lieutenant Governor in and for the Province of Nova Scotia shall proclaim the date of Joseph Howe Day in each year.
  6. 06This Act comes into force on proclamation.
