- 01This Act may be cited as the Gas Tax Accountability Act.
- 02The Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal shall submit a report to the House of Assembly by April 30 of each year.
- 03The report shall include the total amount of gas tax revenue collected in the province for the preceding fiscal year.
- 04The report shall also include the total amount of gas tax revenue allocated to municipalities in the province for the preceding fiscal year.
- 05The Minister shall table the report in the House of Assembly within 30 days of its submission.
