  1. 01This Act may be cited as the Government Advertising Act.
  2. 02The Governor in Council may make regulations respecting the preparation and publication of government advertising.
  3. 03The Minister of the Crown responsible for the administration of this Act shall be responsible for the preparation and publication of government advertising.
  4. 04The Minister shall ensure that government advertising is accurate, impartial and not partisan.
  5. 05The Minister shall table in the House of Assembly a copy of every government advertisement before it is published.
