- 01This Act may be cited as the Government Advertising Act.
- 02The Governor in Council may make regulations respecting the preparation and publication of government advertising.
- 03The Minister of the Crown responsible for the administration of this Act shall be responsible for the preparation and publication of government advertising.
- 04The Minister shall ensure that government advertising is accurate, impartial and not partisan.
- 05The Minister shall table in the House of Assembly a copy of every government advertisement before it is published.
- 06The Minister shall provide a copy of every government advertisement to the Auditor General of Nova Scotia.
