The Bill amends the Ticket Sales Act, 2017 . The new subsection 2 (0.1) provides that no person shall make a ticket available for sale on the secondary market or facilitate the sale of a ticket on the secondary market for an amount that exceeds the ticket’s face value. A consequential amendment is made to subsection 2 (1).
