Bijun Gong and Zhenyu Gong have applied for special legislation to revive 1976998 Ontario Inc. The applicants represent that they were the directors and shareholders of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on July 26, 2023 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicants represent that they would like to revive the corporation in order to carry on business in the name of the corporation. It is appropriate to grant the application.
