David Shafrir has applied for special legislation to revive 1000401924 Ontario Inc. The applicant represents that he was a director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on November 13, 2024 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that he would like to revive the corporation in order to carry on business in the name of the corporation. It is appropriate to grant the application.
