Allan Hazelton has applied for special legislation to revive Honey Harbour Community Church Inc. The applicant represents that he is a board member of the corporation. The corporation was dissolved under the Corporations Act on July 23, 1994 for failure to comply with the Corporations Information Act . The applicant represents that this default was inadvertent and that activities have been carried on in the name of the corporation despite the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
