Antonio Valerio Henriques has applied for special legislation to revive 1955274 Ontario Inc. The applicant represents that he was the sole director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on June 23, 2022 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that business has been carried on in the name of the corporation despite the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
