George Bonenfant has applied for special legislation to revive Thistletown Lions Club. The applicant represents that he was a director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was dissolved under the Corporations Act on October 6, 2009 for failure to comply with the Corporations Information Act . The applicant represents that this default was inadvertent and that activities have been carried on in the name of the corporation despite the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
