Paula Silver has applied for special legislation to revive 2708634 Ontario Ltd. The applicant represents that she was the sole director and shareholder of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on June 10, 2022 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that she would like to revive the corporation in order to deal with certain real property that was held in the corporation’s name at the time of the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
