Gerald Michel has applied for special legislation to revive Ludger Michel Estates Limited. The applicant represents that he was the director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on March 24, 2021 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that he would like to revive the corporation in order to collect certain monies owing to it. It is appropriate to grant the application.
