Frank Romano has applied for special legislation to revive 778624 Ontario Limited. The applicant represents that he is the estate trustee for the estate of Danny Romano, who was the sole shareholder of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on January 7, 1995 for default in complying with the Corporations Tax Act . The applicant would like to revive the corporation in order to deal with certain property that was held in the corporation’s name at the time of the dissolution and in order to continue carrying on the business it conducted before its dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
