Laxmi Karkee has applied for special legislation to revive 2771280 Ontario Inc. The applicant represents that she was a director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was dissolved under the Business Corporations Act pu rsuant to articles of dissolution on September 5, 2024. The applicant represents that she would like to revive the corporation in order to deal with certain real property that was held in the corporation’s name at the time of the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
