Renée Andrea Besson has applied for special legislation to revive CIJ Consulting Inc. The applicant represents that she is the executor of the estate of Cedric Ivan Jobe, who was the sole shareholder of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on January 16, 2024 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that she would like to revive the corporation in order to deal with certain property that was held in the name of the corporation at the time of the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
