Muhammad Haseeb Sheikh has applied for special legislation to revive 2343967 Ontario Inc. The applicant represents that he was a director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on November 29, 2024 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that he would like to revive the corporation in order to carry on business in the name of the corporation and deal with certain property that was held in the corporation’s name at the time of the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
