Justin Tuan Anh Nguyen has applied for special legislation to revive Julian Pepper Capital Inc. The applicant represents that he was the sole director and shareholder of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on June 26, 2025 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that he would like to revive the corporation in order to carry on business in the name of the corporation. It is appropriate to grant the application.
