Metta Hunking has applied for special legislation to revive Ray Hunking Trucking Limited. The applicant represents that she was an officer and shareholder of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on April 11, 2006 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that she would like to revive the corporation in order to deal with certain property that was held in the corporation’s name at the time of the dissolution. It is appropriate to grant the application.
