Chun-Chih Lin has applied for special legislation to revive Avant Assets Inc. The applicant represents that they were the sole director and sole shareholder of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on March 22, 2024 pursuant to articles of dissolution. The applicant represents that they would like to revive the corporation in order to carry on business in the name of the corporation. It is appropriate to grant the application.
