Catherine Varea has applied for special legislation to revive J.C.C. Corp. The applicant represents that she was a director of the corporation when it was dissolved. The corporation was dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on May 8, 2015 for failure to comply with subsection 115 (2) of that Act. The applicant represents that she would like to revive the corporation in order to deal with certain outstanding tax matters relating to the corporation. It is appropriate to grant the application.
